Telephone Calls and Prescriptions
Much of our time is spent talking with patients on the telephone.  We ask that routine calls, including requests for prescription refills be made during our normal office hours and that you have your pharmacy telephone number available when you call.

Office Hours / Appointments
Office hours are 9:00 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday.  Our staff takes pride in seeing patients promptly by appointment but due to the nature of our services, unforeseen delays occassionally may be experienced.  We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment.

Prescription Refills
Drug prescription refills are filled only during office hours when the physician and nurses have access to your medical record.  Please have the phone number of the pharmacy of your choice available at the time of your call.
